The role involves leading the design and execution of home staging projects from inception to completion. This responsibility includes collaborating with the team, curating beautiful spaces that resonate with buyers, maintaining a keen eye for detail, and implementing design excellence. This role requires the management of multiple projects, interacting with clients, and overseeing the installation process to ensure smooth operation.

The lead stager will take charge of the design process for the home staging projects, conducting in-person assessments of properties to evaluate design needs, take measurements of spaces, and plan the layout and staging/design strategies. The responsibility also involves selecting furniture, artwork, and accessories from the company's inventory, and overseeing the installation to ensure that all design elements perfectly align with the design vision. In addition, managing timelines for project delivery and keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends are also responsibilities the job entails.

The company is in search of a creative, organized, detail-oriented home stager who is passionate about both home staging and interior decorating. The candidate should have a strong sense of style, proven leadership abilities and should excel in a fast-paced environment, The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication abilities and should be capable of commanding multiple projects and meeting deadlines simultaneously.

The job requires at least one year experience in staging with a portfolio showcasing home staging projects. The candidate should be able to adapt to varying work hours and must have a reliable means of transportation for local commute to installations within the Bay Area.

The job schedule is from Monday to Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work for staging installations. The pay ranges between $30 - $35 per hour, depending on the experience the candidate has to offer.
