Harlow Interiors is in search of an experienced Home Staging Designer to be a part of their team. They are seeking someone who mixes both creativity and practicality. The role largely involves designing and staging properties to enhance their appeal to potential buyers.

They’ll need to use the existing inventory effectively, with the objective of creating stunning yet uniform spaces, which keeps unnecessary purchasing to a minimum. There is also a need to source and select new inventory, keeping in mind the importance of cost-effectiveness and high visual impact.

They should prepare detailed mood boards that outline the design plan visually to clients and team members. Working in a fast-paced environment is part of the job, making timely decisions without sacrificing design quality is paramount. They are required to maintain a professional, firm, and pleasant approach with clients, knowing how to balance their desires with both practical and aesthetic demands.

Ideal candidates should have a background as a Home Staging Designer, Interior Designer or in a similar field. Experience in home staging is of particular interest. They must have strong aesthetic skills with the ability to successfully blend various colours, textures, and styles. A capacity to work swiftly and decisively in a fast-paced environment is necessary, as is proficiency in preparing mood boards and other visual aids.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are important. Maintaining professionalism and assertiveness while interacting with clients is essential. A degree in Design, Visual Arts or a related field would provide an advantage.

Compensation provided ranges from $65,000 to $90,000 per year, and benefits include paid time off. The job is full-time, scheduled from Monday to Friday. Work will take place in person, both at properties and the office. The job type is full-time and the pay varies from $65,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year.

The work schedule includes 10 hours shifts and 8 hours shifts which would be conducted in person.
