The Stagency, a well-established home staging company in San Diego County, is searching for a Logistics Supervisor. This organization boasts a 7000 square feet warehouse that houses over 15,000 items used to ornament homes for sale. The supervisor will be expected to make use of the Stageforce inventory system for inventory tracking, aid designers with transportation and placement of items, and uphold a clean and safe warehouse environment.

This role calls for a dedicated individual who has a passion for warehouse organization and a routine supervision of packing and safeguarding the inventory in the trucks, homes, and warehouse. The perfect candidate possesses professional expertise in furniture handling and is able to create and follow standard operating procedures.

This job typically requires commitment from Monday to Friday. The ideal applicant should be able to lift weights up to 75lbs, own a reliable mobile device and transportation, and have a clean DMV record licensed for 3 years.

Key tasks involve logistical support and assistance in daily operations-management of the warehouse, heading the packing and protection of items during loading and unloading from trucks, mentoring and training staff in logistic procedures, safety protocols and performance standards, and analyzing warehouse trends and Stageforce data to identify areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience with inventory software. This individual should be a leader and a team player who can delegate and maintain accountability for long term projects assigned by management. Strong supervisory skills, an attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment are valuable.

The candidate must foster efficient communication and collaboration with management, maintain a strong work ethic, and adopt a positive attitude. Handy skills such as the ability to repair and build furniture are also appreciated.

This is a part-time position with a pay ranging from $24.00 – $28.00 per hour. The job location is in-person and is scheduled from Monday to Friday.
