The team is looking for a reliable and professional furniture installer and mover. The ideal candidate for the role needs to be organized, hardworking, and should handle furniture with care. The person in this role plays a critical role in ensuring that they execute their staging projects smoothly and efficiently.
They will be required to load, transport, and unload furniture for home staging projects in accordance with the set standard operating procedures. They will also assemble and disassemble furniture as needed. They would be responsible for driving a box truck safely, and it's not required for them to hold a commercial driver's license to do so.
The candidate would be required to maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse and keep the inventory tracked, tagged, and labeled using the internal software. They need to maintain professional and respectful conduct with both clients and team members. They need to work efficiently to meet staging deadlines.
The necessary requirements for the post include a valid driver's license with a clean record, the capability to lift and move heavy furniture safely, and strong attention to detail and organizational skills. They need to be reliable, professional, and punctual. It's also a requirement for them to have previous experience in furniture assembly and movement.
They offer an hourly rate between $22 and $28, and this would be determined based on the candidate's experience. There are also opportunities for bonus pay. Along with paid time off, they offer flexible hours and holiday pay.
