Operations & Warehouse Lead – Residential Real Estate Staging

H.H. Services LLC, a growing and successful Residential Real Estate Staging Company located in Auburn, CA, is looking for a dedicated Operations & Warehouse Lead. They are looking for someone who can take charge of daily operations, manage warehouse and logistics, and actively be involved in moving, installing, and maintaining the staging inventory. The ideal candidate would be someone who enjoys problem-solving and is excited by the chance to progress professionally in operations, logistics, and real estate staging. The chosen candidate would be responsible for running the daily warehouse operations and inventory management using the company software. They would maintain a safe, neat, and organized warehouse. Training team members, managing projects, and ensuring equipment is well maintained are also parts of the job.

Operating warehouse equipment, maintaining staging furniture, conducting regular audits, and using digital tools for daily workflows are other tasks the role takes on. The role also involves safely moving and installing furniture, packing goods, assisting with projects, and demonstrating proper safety techniques.

Candidates should have at least five years of experience in a similar role. They should be strong leaders with excellent communication skills, comfortable with tech, and have a valid California driver’s license with a clean record. The role requires physical stamina with the ability to lift over 50 lbs and stand for over 8 hours. Flexibility is also important as schedules and locations can vary.

For the compensation, the pay starts at $23-$30 per hour, with part-time and full-time roles available. Working hours are variable but typically from Monday to Friday between 8 AM to 5 PM.
