Part-Time Real Estate, Staging & Social Media Assistant

The Nichole Story Group is hiring a Part-Time Real Estate, Staging & Social Media Assistant in Corona del Mar, CA. This position supports a busy real estate and home staging professional based in Orange County and involves a mix of on-site work and office-based tasks rather than sitting at a desk all day.

The role encompasses multiple areas of the business. On some days, the assistant may film content at residential properties, help prepare homes for staging installations, or manage and organize staging inventory. Other days involve posting and scheduling content across social media platforms, completing administrative work, running errands, and assisting with client events.

Responsibilities include:

• Filming and photographing content for social media using an iPhone
• Posting and managing content across social media platforms like Instagram
• Supporting content planning and maintaining project organization
• Assisting with staging installations and removals at residential properties
• Packing, unpacking, organizing, and maintaining the staging inventory between jobs
• Preparing homes for professional photography, buyer showings, and marketing materials
• Completing clerical and administrative tasks
• Conducting occasional business-related errands
• Helping organize, set up, and host events for clients
• Managing miscellaneous details and providing support during busy periods

The right candidate will have strong attention to detail, an aesthetic eye for design and presentation, excellent organizational skills, and reliability. Additional qualifications include:

• Comfortable using Instagram and other social media platforms
• Able to film photos and videos on an iPhone
• Dependable, punctual, and follows through on commitments
• Works independently once trained and learns quickly
• Flexible and able to move between creative, administrative, and hands-on work
• Professional demeanor and comfortable interacting with clients
• Reliable transportation and willing to drive locally for occasional errands
• Prior experience in real estate, interior design, staging, or social media is helpful but not required

The position offers a flexible schedule and pays between $20.00 and $25.00 per hour. Work is performed on-site in Corona del Mar, CA.
