Personal Assistant

The personal assistant will have several responsibilities. These will include managing projects, appointments, and meetings for the owner. They will also be required to perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records. They should possess excellent communication skills, managing phone etiquette and customer service. Helping in office management duties like inventory management is also part of the task.

The personal assistant will generate estimates and quotes for customers, manage projects and their timelines and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while executing a variety of tasks. The job will also require onsite work and communication with vendors.

The desired skills for this role include proficiency in clerical tasks with a strong focus on detail. The candidate should be computer literate, experienced in office software applications, and have excellent data entry skills.
