The candidate should possess a genuine interest in interior design, furniture, architecture, luxury homes, and current design trends. The candidate must be comfortable with cold calling and prospecting, skilled at relationship building and communication, confident meeting new people, organized in managing multiple prospects, and self-directed. A strong understanding of how professional staging helps agents and homeowners position properties and appeal to buyers is important.
The position offers a base salary of $50,000 to $80,000 per year with commission structure and earning potential tied to sales performance. The work location is hybrid remote in Los Angeles, CA 90001.
This role suits someone who takes initiative to build a book of business rather than waiting for opportunities to arrive.
