WB Design Group is hiring a Senior Outside Sales professional in San Marino, CA. The position targets new business development across the Greater Los Angeles area for the company's interior design, custom furnishings, and luxury home staging services. This role emphasizes relationship building with real estate agents, homeowners, builders, developers, and referral partners. The candidate will spend more than half of working time in the field, meeting prospects, visiting properties, and cultivating sales opportunities.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Identify and pursue new clients and referral partners through direct outreach, networking events, property visits, and consistent follow-up activities.
- Establish and strengthen connections with real estate professionals, brokerage firms, construction companies, developers, and residential clients.
- Deliver presentations on WB Design Group's interior design, custom furnishing, and luxury home staging offerings to potential clients.
- Assess client needs, develop proposals alongside team members, and shepherd the sales process to completion.
- Document all leads, client interactions, sales opportunities, and action items for future contact.
- Partner with design and operations staff to ensure a smooth transition once a contract is signed.
Required qualifications include the following:
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, business development, or relationship-driven sales environments.
- Background in real estate, home staging, interior design, furniture, construction, or a related industry is strongly preferred.
- Established relationships or professional connections within the real estate sector are strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, presentation skills, negotiation competency, and attentiveness to client needs.
- Capacity to operate autonomously, conduct local travel, and engage with clients and partners face-to-face.
The position is full-time with a monthly base salary ranging from $2,000 to $3,000, supplemented by commission pay to be outlined during interviews. A three-month probationary period applies to this role.
