About this role
Marshall Design Group, Inc. is hiring Set Designers/Furniture Movers in Pacoima, CA. This family-owned home staging business is seeking furniture installers and movers who can contribute to all phases of staging projects.
The position includes the following responsibilities:
- Pull and pack inventory from the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks for transport to job sites
- Work alongside the staging team to arrange and position furniture and decor inside homes
- Complete inventory documentation and damage reports at the end of each project
- Operate a box truck (experience with this is valued but not required)
Applicants should meet these qualifications:
- At least 1 year of furniture moving or installing experience
- At least 1 year of truck driving experience
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record and background check clearance
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Reliable and dedicated work ethic
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Access to a smartphone
The position offers 15 to 30 hours per week with Monday through Friday availability during day and morning shifts. Part-time work with the potential to transition to full-time employment. Pay is commensurate with experience. Candidates should submit a resume with any questions to apply.
