Staging Logistics Assistant

Poppy Home Staging and Design LLC is hiring two Staging Logistics Assistants in Benicia, CA. The company serves real estate professionals across Napa, Solano, and Sonoma counties with home staging services. This part-time role involves the behind-the-scenes preparation, logistics, and physical work that makes beautiful staged homes possible.

Responsibilities include:

• Moving and unloading staging furniture and accessories, with safe handling practices
• Wrapping and protecting staging inventory to maintain quality
• Organizing and maintaining warehouse space
• Assembling furniture, shelving, and other staging equipment
• Packing and preparing inventory before installations
• Assisting the staging stylist during installations and removals
• Organizing and resetting inventory after projects are complete
• Lifting, carrying, and positioning furniture and equipment
• Climbing ladders and working on feet for extended periods
• Supporting warehouse and staging operations to maintain efficiency and organization
• Presenting a professional manner when working in clients' homes

Candidates should demonstrate reliability and a commitment to getting the job done. Additional experience with moving, packing, furniture assembly, or warehouse work is helpful but not required. The ideal fit takes pride in attention to detail, handles inventory with care, accepts direction from supervisors, collaborates with teammates, solves problems independently, identifies opportunities for process improvements, and comfortably performs heavy lifting and ladder work. This person is flexible, willing to adapt as needed, presents professionally in client spaces, maintains a positive outlook, and values learning and growth within a small, developing company.

The position is part-time, approximately 15 to 30 hours per week, with varying hours based on the staging schedule. Availability for both morning and afternoon shifts is required. Pay is $25.00 per hour. Work takes place in Benicia with potential assignments throughout the service area.
