Warehouse and Staging Assistant

Lumina Staging & Design LLC is hiring a Warehouse and Staging Assistant in Hayward, CA. This position combines warehouse upkeep with occasional field work supporting staging installations at client properties throughout the San Francisco, Peninsula, and East Bay areas.

Warehouse Cleaning and Maintenance

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment on an ongoing basis
• Sweep and mop warehouse floors regularly
• Clean and maintain restroom facilities
• Wipe down desks, tables, shelves, and work surfaces
• Remove trash and keep common areas neat
• Ensure the warehouse remains organized and presentable for daily operations

Inventory Organization

• Organize and maintain décor items, accessories, artwork, pillows, blankets, and bedding
• Fold and organize linens and bedding in preparation for staging work
• Pack and unpack décor and staging supplies
• Return items to proper storage locations following staging assignments
• Keep inventory accessible and easy for the staging team to locate

Staging Day Support

• Travel to properties as needed to assist the staging team with field work
• Steam bedding, linens, and fabric items at client properties
• Help pack and unpack décor and accessories
• Provide general support during staging setups and removals
• Assist with additional hands-on tasks as directed by the staging team

General Support

• Follow instructions and complete tasks carefully and efficiently
• Work independently on warehouse assignments and collaboratively with the staging team in the field
• Maintain the condition of warehouse and staging inventory
• Perform other related work as needed

No prior staging or design experience is required. The position offers 30 to 40 hours per week at $25.83 to $31.11 per hour. Candidates should be reliable, hardworking, detail-oriented, comfortable with physical labor, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
