Experienced Home Stager (Stylist)

Elite Stagers LLC is hiring an Experienced Home Stager in Oakland Park, FL. This in-person role calls for a skilled staging professional to transform properties into market-ready spaces for high-end clientele, real estate agents, developers, and investors. A portfolio of previous staging work is required to be considered for this position.

The stager will manage staging installations on-site, working with moving teams and the internal sales department to execute design-focused staging plans. Primary responsibilities include the following:

• Develop and implement staging strategies tailored to different home styles in collaboration with the sales team.
• Create visually appealing, current staging designs that prepare homes for sale.
• Direct and supervise moving team members during installation work.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, real estate agents, and project stakeholders.
• Complete all tasks on schedule while upholding Elite's quality standards.
• Perform physical labor such as lifting, arranging, and transporting staging materials (up to 30-40 pounds).

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of home staging experience.
• Interior design background strongly preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating previous home staging or interior design work.
• Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided for installations).
• Ability to lift 30-40 pounds regularly.
• Proficiency with text, email, and shared scheduling software.
• Flexible availability to accommodate project-based schedules.
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

The position offers a salary between $65,000 and $75,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with company matching, health insurance, dental coverage, vision insurance, and paid time off.
