Warehouse and Staging Associate

Naples Home Staging is hiring a Warehouse and Staging Associate in Naples, FL. This position handles the movement and management of furniture and accessories from the warehouse into homes, requiring attention to detail and careful handling of inventory.

The role involves the following responsibilities:

• Manage and track inventory levels throughout the warehouse
• Lift, carry, and transport heavy furniture and accessories safely
• Pick, pack, and ship orders to support staging delivery and installation schedules
• Organize materials on pallets and shelves for efficient access and workflow
• Load and unload items from storage and vehicles
• Drive company vehicles, including box trucks, to transport goods
• Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards consistently

Candidates should meet these qualifications:

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required, as training will be provided
• Ability to lift heavy items safely and maintain sound manual handling practices
• Proficiency in basic math for inventory counts and order tasks
• Hands-on experience with warehouse operations such as stocking, order picking, packing, and receiving
• Warehouse supervisor experience or knowledge of warehouse management best practices is desirable but not required
• Fluency in English

The position requires a minimum of 20 hours per week and offers on-the-job training and advancement opportunities. This is an in-person role located in Naples, FL 34104.
