Home Staging Assistant

Kristy Ann Designs is hiring a Home Staging Assistant in Altamonte Springs, FL. This part-time position offers an opportunity to work in residential staging across the Orlando area, selecting furnishings and decor while physically preparing properties for sale.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Picking furniture and accessories for staging projects
• Loading and unloading furniture from a box truck
• Operating the box truck to transport materials to job sites
• Carrying and positioning furniture inside homes
• Installing artwork, mirrors, and wall hangings
• Dressing beds and arranging decorative items like cushions and blankets
• Setting up and taking down complete staging installations

Required qualifications and experience:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move furniture regularly
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Reliable and able to work collaboratively
• A sense of design aesthetic (formal training is helpful but optional)

The position is part-time, scheduled for 25 to 35 hours per week during daytime weekday hours. Compensation ranges from $17 to $22 per hour depending on experience. Prior experience in moving, staging, or design is desirable but not essential.
