Real Estate Photographer

DeVore Design is hiring a Real Estate Photographer for independent contractor work in Tallahassee, FL. The company is a locally owned real estate photography and home staging business based in the Orlando area, expanding capacity and seeking experienced photographers to cover real estate assignments throughout the region.

The photographer will conduct property photography shoots at assigned locations, incorporating standard photography, aerial drone work, and 3D imaging as needed. Primary responsibilities include arriving to bookings on time, maintaining professional conduct during shoots, transporting personal equipment safely between jobs, and uploading completed photos and video files to DeVore Design using fast internet at the end of each work day. An embroidered collared shirt uniform will be provided. No post-processing or editing is required; however, all work must conform to the company's established media standards.

Requirements for this position include the following:

• Current FAA Part 107 drone license for aerial operations
• Possession of professional photography equipment: camera, tripod, wide angle lens, and drone (if applicable)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for traveling to multiple job sites
• Prior experience as a real estate photographer
• Fast internet connection for daily file uploads
• Bilingual capability is preferred but not required

Photographers are classified as independent contractors responsible for their own taxes, insurance, fuel, and mileage costs. Compensation runs $50 to $100+ per hour, paid weekly via direct deposit on a 1099 contract basis with per-project commission pay. Scheduling is flexible, and photographers may select which areas or counties they wish to cover.
