DeVore Design, a locally owned real estate photography and home staging company based in the Orlando area, is hiring experienced Real Estate Photographers in the Gainesville and Ocala regions.
This independent contractor position involves photographing properties, capturing video content, and operating aerial drones for real estate clients. Photographers will travel to assigned locations for scheduled shoots, deliver photos and video files by day's end with fast internet connectivity, and maintain professional conduct on every job. The role offers maximum income potential for photographers skilled in all three areas: still photography, videography, and aerial drone operations. No post-processing or editing work is required.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Complete photography, videography, and aerial photography assignments according to scheduling
- Transport equipment reliably between bookings across assigned county areas
- Upload all media files to DeVore Design systems at the end of each workday
- Arrive to scheduled shoots on time and maintain professional standards
- Conform to DeVore Design's established media standards
Required qualifications and experience:
- Proven experience as a real estate photographer with a professional portfolio
- Current FAA Part 107 drone operator certification
- Valid driver's license
- Owned camera equipment including camera body, tripod, and wide-angle lens
- Drone equipment if pursuing that specialty
- Reliable vehicle for transporting gear and traveling to job sites
- Fast internet connection for file uploads
- Self-motivation, punctuality, and strong organizational skills
Bilingual ability is preferred. The position offers flexible scheduling with the option to choose coverage areas within Gainesville, Ocala, or surrounding counties. Photographers work on a 1099 independent contractor basis and are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, fuel, and mileage. A company-provided embroidered collared shirt uniform is included. Pay ranges from $50 to $100+ per hour, distributed weekly via direct deposit.
