Their current job offering primarily involves furniture moving with a small part dedicated to interior design (training is promised). The personnel is expected to pack furniture for home stagings, load them orderly into a van, transport them safely to a house up to 50 miles away, and arrange the furniture as per the provided pictures.

Tasks involved include home staging packing and arranging from loading fragile ornaments into a box and packing them for transport, understanding the best packing methods for furniture loading, decorating a house to match a photo, arranging furniture according to Realestaged guidelines, hanging pictures and mirrors, and doing minor furniture repair based on stylist requirements.

The job also entails team cooperation through effective communication to ensure swift house arrangement. Keeping the leadership updated on damaged inventory and house issues is crucial.

Driving responsibilities involve managing cargo vans and box trucks for up to 50 miles in one direction. The ability to parallel park in the city and safely drive through city traffic is required.

Candidates must have the ability to drive a cargo van and box truck, lift 50lbs, move lightweight furniture upstairs, as well as coordinate with a partner in arranging furniture within a house.

The salary range for this position is 18 - 22 USD per hour at 135 Roesler Road, Glen Burnie MD.
