Home Staging Mover

REALESTAGED LLC is hiring a Home Staging Mover in Glen Burnie, MD. This position centers on moving and arranging furniture for home staging projects, combined with basic interior design elements for which training is provided. The furniture involved is lighter than standard household pieces, functioning more as visual props than permanent installations.

The role encompasses the following responsibilities:

• Pack fragile items and furniture into boxes and trucks using appropriate methods to prevent damage during transport
• Load furniture into cargo vans and box trucks in an organized fashion for trips covering up to 50 miles
• Transport staged furniture to homes in city and residential environments, including parallel parking where needed
• Arrange furniture inside homes according to provided photographs and company guidelines
• Hang pictures and mirrors as part of the staging process
• Perform minor furniture repairs as directed by the styling team
• Communicate with team members to coordinate efficient setup and completion of each house
• Alert leadership to any damaged inventory or issues encountered at job sites

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a cargo van at minimum; experience with 16-foot box trucks is preferred and results in higher pay
• Physical capability to lift 50 pounds and move lightweight furniture, including up stairs
• Ability to work with a partner and coordinate furniture placement
• Some prior work experience preferred
• No felony convictions per background check requirements

The position is based at 100-135 Roesler Road, Glen Burnie, MD 21060. Employment is offered on a W2 basis with a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and weekdays. Hours may fluctuate seasonally during winter months. The starting date is flexible, with compensation from $18 to $22 per hour depending on experience and box truck certification.
