This luxury home staging and interior design company serves Houston's most prestigious neighborhoods including River Oaks, Memorial, West U, and Bellaire. The position blends creative design work with operational efficiency, involving both styling installations and warehouse coordination at the company's Central Houston location in Timbergrove.

Responsibilities include:

• Install and style vacant and occupied homes across Houston-area markets
• Select and arrange furniture, artwork, and decorative items from the company's staging inventory to create refined, market-ready spaces
• Collaborate with the lead stager and operations team to ensure installations meet timelines and creative specifications
• Remove staging materials and organize inventory back into the warehouse after listings close
• Contribute to warehouse inventory management and organization
• Maintain rigorous quality standards on all installations
• Apply creative problem-solving and design judgment to each project

Candidates should have the following qualifications:

• Demonstrated eye for design, with understanding of proportion, layering, and light
• One year of experience in home staging, interior design, visual merchandising, or similar field preferred
• Physical capability to move furniture and work standing for extended periods
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Professional demeanor and positive interactions with clients and real estate agents on site
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Knowledge of Houston's luxury real estate market preferred

The position offers paid time off and opportunities to advance to senior stylist or lead roles as the company expands. Compensation is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour based on experience.
