Interior Design/Home Staging Partner

A&M Furniture Store LLC is hiring an Interior Design/Home Staging Partner in Bryan, TX. This part-time role involves transforming residential spaces into attractive showcases through creative design and staging expertise. Responsibilities include the following:

• Meet with clients to learn their design vision and aesthetic preferences
• Develop creative design concepts and staging plans for residential properties
• Identify and acquire furniture, decor, and accessories that match client objectives
• Manage on-site staging execution to ensure projects are completed on time and with quality
• Monitor current design trends and market shifts to offer knowledgeable recommendations
• Build lasting client relationships to generate repeat projects and referral business
• Contribute to marketing initiatives by photographing and posting staged properties on social media

Required qualifications include the following:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in interior design or home staging
• Portfolio of previous design and staging projects
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities and ability to work well with clients
• Design software skills such as SketchUp or AutoCAD are valued
• Capacity to work self-directed and juggle multiple projects
• Keen attention to detail and strong visual design sense
• Current driver's license and access to reliable transportation for client visits
