They are seeking a Home Stager with at least 5 years of experience in real estate home staging to join the team. The individual will handle interior design and home staging tasks. Salary will be negotiated on the basis of the candidate’s level of experience.

In terms of responsibilities, the new recruit is expected to connect the Manager with realtors and sellers regarding staging quotes and consultation queries. They will need to share the staging schedule with the assistant and coordinate deliveries. The person will need to visit the property to determine the staging quote and prepare it for staging.

Another part of the job will involve heading to the warehouse to pack and organize furniture and staging accessories. On-site, the person will bring in furniture, art, and accessories, and will design the space, deciding on the correct color palette and furniture pieces to use. They will also take photos post-staging and send them to the Manager for quality assessment.

Ensuring the cleanliness and good condition of all company items is vital. They will also supervise team activities and schedules.

In terms of qualifications, apart from the mandatory 5 years of industry experience, they need someone who is familiar with the tasks at hand, is organized, pays attention to detail, and is capable of lifting up to 30 lbs of items. A willingness to learn, an open mind to work with a team, and the ability to build professional rapport with clients is essential. Strong networking skills are desirable, alongside transparency and a receptive attitude to feedback.

The work environment offers a flexible work schedule. Jobs may be full time or part time. The workplace strives to keep a positive atmosphere where skills development is encouraged. It is a drug and drama-free environment.

Employment type is variable as per the candidate’s availability. Work schedules include day shifts and on-call duties. Expected working hours are 4 to 8 hours per week.
