Home Stager - Sales Dynamo with Home Design Experience

Elite Home Staging is hiring a Home Stylist in Los Angeles, CA. This full-time, commission-based position involves selling staging services to realtors and homeowners, then executing the staging work throughout the Los Angeles area. The Home Stylist manages their own schedule and client relationships while pursuing sales goals and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities include the following:

• Meet with clients in person and virtually to understand their staging requirements
• Prepare staging proposals and cost estimates, then discuss pricing and contract terms with clients
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to choose and install staging furniture and accessories
• Oversee the entire staging project, meeting all project timelines
• Participate in a weekly sales meeting and one evening networking event each month
• Achieve or surpass monthly sales quotas

Candidates should have the following background and qualifications:

• Demonstrated success closing sales and knowledge of the sales process
• Motivated, goal-oriented personality with enthusiasm for achieving targets
• Ability to work full-time with attendance at weekly sales meetings and monthly evening networking events

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
