They operate from their massive headquarters spanning over 30,000 sq ft, where a hands-on approach to design is the norm. The role as a Home Staging Stylist is for those with a strong aesthetic sense, an appreciation for active work environments, and a collaborative mindset. They expect the person fulfilling this role to help transform homes into spaces that are inviting and elevating for potential buyers. Prior experience in home staging is beneficial but not essential. A relevant background in visual merchandising, interior design support, showroom styling, event or set styling, or other aesthetic-oriented jobs can also be beneficial.
In this role, they will participate in styling homes as part of a team, creating inviting spaces ready for the market, packing and placing styling items, and more. Additionally, they will also contribute to a healthy team culture that values collaboration, humility, and shared effort, thereby bringing beauty, refinement, and emotional appeal to every project. This is a part-time, hourly role. The schedule may vary depending on the project flow and season and could include very occasional Saturdays.
To succeed in this role, they should have a good eye for spatial aesthetics, a team-first mindset, a willingness to engage in active, hands-on work, and the ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail. It is essential to have a valid driver’s license and reliable transport. They should also be comfortable being on their feet for much of the day, carrying small decor items, navigating stairs, and working in a fast-paced environment.
The remuneration for the role is $25.00 – $45.00 per hour, along with benefits such as 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
