Better Talent is hiring a Home Stager in Winter Park, CO. The Home Stager plays a critical role in preparing vacation rental properties for guest and owner arrivals by conducting thorough inspections, completing staging work, and handling minor maintenance tasks. This position focuses on the final details that transform a clean house into a welcoming home, from arranging pillows and decor to removing debris and ensuring the property presents well to discerning guests and owners. During peak seasons such as the Christmas holidays, the role may require overtime hours.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Conduct detailed inspections of properties before guest and owner arrivals to confirm the property meets established standards
• Become familiar with the layout and decor placement of each property to maintain consistency across visits
• Complete small repairs and minor maintenance work such as changing light bulbs, tightening cabinet hardware, and light snow removal from decks or porches
• Report significant cleaning and maintenance issues to the housekeeping manager and maintenance team
• Suggest improvements for each property to the Homeowner Liaison Team
• Fill out detailed inspection checklists and communicate with colleagues using company software and digital devices
• Operate and maintain company vehicles safely and cleanly, reporting vehicle issues to a supervisor promptly
• Address guest requests including delivering amenities and removing items as needed
• During peak periods, strip beds and prepare sheets and towels for the housekeeping team
• Support other departmental projects during slower periods
• Perform any additional duties as requested

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Ability to multitask and coordinate work among multiple staff members
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word, with the capacity to quickly learn new software
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Physical capability to lift 75 pounds or more
• Fluent English language skills, with Spanish language ability as an asset
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and reliable access to transportation
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Residence within a 25-minute drive of Winter Park

The position offers 40 hours per week with a requirement to work weekends and holidays. Compensation starts at $22 to $23 per hour and includes paid time off such as PTO and vacation days, health, dental and vision coverage, life insurance, retirement benefits, and workplace perks including recreational activities and flexible scheduling options. This is an onsite position with no remote work available.
