Lead Logistics & Warehouse Associate

SELLITSTAGED is hiring a Lead Logistics & Warehouse Associate in Mead, CO. This position handles logistics, warehouse operations, and furniture delivery for a rapidly growing home staging company serving Northern Colorado and the Boulder County area. The role combines physical warehouse work with delivery operations and vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading staging furniture from the warehouse
• Delivering, placing, and removing furniture in both occupied and vacant homes across the service area
• Maintaining the warehouse and managing daily inventory logistics
• Operating a 16-foot box truck and Mercedes Sprinter for staging deliveries
• Assembling new furniture and décor pieces
• Repairing and refurbishing inventory as needed
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance on the fleet, including oil changes
• Solving logistical problems and supporting smooth daily operations

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive a box truck and Mercedes Sprinter, or willingness to learn
• Capacity to frequently lift 75 pounds or more in a physically demanding setting
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with basic vehicle maintenance tasks
• Prior experience assembling and repairing furniture is preferred
• Organized, dependable, detail-oriented approach to work
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Interest in a long-term role with growth potential

The position runs Monday through Friday, typically 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with hours fluctuating between 20 and 30 hours per week depending on seasonal demand and project workload. The start date is August 4, 2026, with working interviews beginning immediately. Pay ranges from $24 to $26 per hour based on experience, with the opportunity for advancement. The role begins as a 90-day independent contractor trial, with the possibility to transition to a W-2 employee following a successful evaluation. Paid time off is available.
