Lead Home Staging Designer

MainStreet Staging & Design is hiring a Lead Home Staging Designer in Colorado Springs, CO. This is a part-time, as-needed position with variable hours determined by project availability. The role reports to the Director of Operations.

The Lead Home Staging Designer oversees vacant and occupied home staging installations and removals, mentors staging assistants, and maintains the company's design standards throughout each project. Day-to-day work includes directing and supervising staging team members during installations, designing buyer-ready interiors, moving and arranging furniture and décor items according to the company's aesthetic guidelines, and handling warehouse inventory management. The position requires professional communication with realtors, homeowners, and team members, as well as travel across the Denver Metro, Castle Rock, and Colorado Springs service areas to reach client properties. All projects must be completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.

Required qualifications include professional experience in home staging, interior design, model homes, furniture merchandising, or residential decorating. Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of color, scale, balance, and current design trends. The position requires solid leadership and organizational capabilities, self-motivation, and time management skills. Applicants need a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, excellent customer service and communication abilities, and the capacity to lift and move furniture and décor (approximately 50 pounds, with assistance available as needed). Flexible weekday availability is required based on project schedules.
