About this role
Sarah Noel Interiors, a luxury home staging and interior design firm based in Denver, is hiring a Staging Manager. This role combines operations and on-site execution, managing the complete project lifecycle from scheduling and inventory preparation through installation, de-staging, and reset while maintaining warehouse systems and workflows.
The Staging Manager will oversee scheduling and logistics for all installs and de-stages, lead staging days on-site to execute design plans and conduct quality checks before photography, make real-time problem-solving decisions during installations, and keep agents, sellers, and vendors informed of timing and access. The position also covers inventory management including receiving and tagging new pieces, inspecting furniture after each de-stage, identifying damages, tracking discrepancies, ensuring all items are cleaned and repaired, maintaining accurate records in inventory systems, and keeping the warehouse organized and ready. Truck pack-outs, vehicle security, charging, and equipment readiness fall within this role's scope.
Day-to-day administrative duties include managing scheduling and project tracking, conducting data entry across Airtable, Google Workspace, and inventory systems, drafting client communications and follow-ups, identifying process improvements, and completing shopping runs for staging furniture, décor, and supplies with organized receipt tracking. During higher-volume design seasons, the role expands to include order management for design projects, vendor coordination, expediting with vendors to keep projects on track, and sourcing support for procurement and design presentations.
Qualifications include four or more years of professional staging experience with demonstrated project and operations management. Candidates must be highly organized, possess a strong design eye aligned with the luxury market, take ownership of outcomes rather than just tasks, communicate clearly with clients and vendors, and be physically capable of install days involving lifting and loading. A clean driving record and comfort driving cargo vans or box trucks is required, as is a reliable personal vehicle with capacity to transport staging bins and accessories between locations, with mileage reimbursement provided. Background in interior design or design-adjacent fields such as event planning or set design is preferred, as is familiarity with Airtable, Zapier, Google Suite, Stageforce, Hutch, 17Hats, DesignFiles, or Slack. Sophisticated knowledge of the luxury market is a plus.
Sarah Noel Interiors offers a salary of $30 to $40 per hour depending on experience, full-time Monday through Friday work with flexible scheduling as needed, and the opportunity to see results on MLS listings, in publications, and at open houses throughout Colorado. Applicants should send a resume and three to five photos of projects they have managed, indicating their specific role, with before-and-after images preferred, to the company with subject line "Staging Manager - [Your Name]".
