Sold On Staging is hiring a Home Stager in Greensboro, NC. This part-time role involves reshaping residential spaces to appeal to prospective buyers through creative design and strategic presentation. The stager will apply an understanding of design principles and color theory to make properties stand out in the market.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Create staging concepts that showcase each property's best qualities
- Perform property assessments to develop tailored staging approaches
- Select and source furnishings, decor, and accessories aligned with the design vision
- Use design software including SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite to develop staging visualizations
- Handle project management elements such as budgeting, timelines, and resource coordination
- Liaise with real estate professionals, homeowners, and other stakeholders throughout staging projects
- Coordinate with contractors on any renovations or remodeling work prior to staging
- Advise clients on lighting solutions and sales techniques to boost property marketability
Qualifications and requirements:
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles and current design trends
- Physical ability to move and lift furniture and accessories
- Eye for interior design
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max and Rhinoceros 3D (preferred)
- Experience with project management tools (preferred)
- Familiarity with staging service contracts and construction procedures (preferred)
The position offers a flexible schedule and compensation of $15.00 to $22.50 per hour. Applications should reflect any relevant professional development, industry involvement, or other pertinent experience.
