The Home Stylist will interact regularly with clients, making property tours to grasp their goals, preferences, and expectations. This entails devising an exhaustive home staging plan in tune with the unique property features and the client’s marketing blueprint.
They will also determine project budgets, timelines, and expectations in cooperation with clients. It involves presenting detailed cost estimates, enhancing transparency, and synchronizing with the client’s objectives. The Home Stylist is responsible for the careful selection of furniture, art, accessories, and other design elements to boost the property’s allure and marketability.
In addition, they will monitor the fitting of the chosen items, ensuring design elements are integrated flawlessly.
An appropriate candidate for the Home Stylist role would have over 2 years of experience in home staging or working in a furniture showroom. This includes experience in styling, space planning, and client consultations. They should have substantial communication and people skills to effectively collaborate with clients and teammates. They must be able to juggle multiple projects at once and meet stringent deadlines. A penchant for creativity, meticulous eye for detail and aesthetics, coupled with organizational and problem-solving skills, are necessary.
The job type is full-time, day shift, from Monday to Friday, offering a compensation package ranging between $45,000–$60,000 per year. The work location will be in-person.
