Responsibilities include:
- Design and stage vacant homes according to planned layouts that showcase the property's best qualities
- Transport, position, and arrange furniture and accessories during setup and breakdown phases
- Place artwork, bedding, and finishing accessories to complete each staged space
- Keep staging inventory in good condition and storage-ready between jobs
- Manage warehouse stock levels and prepare items between project assignments
- Coordinate with the staging team to complete projects within scheduled timeframes
- Maintain the company's quality standards in all staged homes
- Travel between properties throughout the Charlotte and Lake Norman market
- Contribute to inventory management, warehouse organization, and furniture preparation as needed
Required qualifications:
- Developed sense of interior design, styling, and fine attention to detail
- Positive demeanor and ability to function well within a team structure
- Strong motivation and reliable time management habits
- Physical capability to work actively and lift or move furniture weighing 50 pounds or more with assistance
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Professional behavior in luxury homes and established communities
- Preferred background in staging, design, visual merchandising, or furniture sales, though not mandatory
The schedule runs Monday through Friday with occasional adjustments based on project needs. Compensation is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience. The position includes fuel reimbursement and paid time off. This is an in-person role based in Charlotte, NC 28273.
