Real Estate Courier & Staging Design Assistant

The position combines delivery and logistics work with hands-on staging support. The assistant will transport staging materials including furniture, decor, and signage between storage and properties, ensuring items are properly arranged according to staging plans. Coordination with the real estate team will be needed to schedule timely deliveries and pick-ups. Additional responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels and flagging items that need restocking, maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the staging storage area, and completing various tasks that support project progress and property presentation.

Requirements for the role include experience in logistics or delivery work with a record of on-time, efficient service. The applicant must be able to safely lift and move furniture and decor.
