Home Staging Crew Associate

4610 Interiors & Staging is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Home Staging Crew Associate for their full time position. The person will undertake a hands-on role that involves supporting furniture installations, teardowns, and organizing the warehouse for residential real estate staging projects.

This involves assisting with all staging setups and removals. They have to ensure the furniture and decor are properly packed and secured during loading and unloading of the truck. They will also be responsible for maintaining warehouse organization and returning items to their respective storage zones.

The role requires them to support the team with pulling accessories, cleaning, and packaging. As needed, they have to assist with minor repairs, touch-ups or maintaining staging pieces. They are expected to be flexible enough to offer their services during early mornings or occasionally for extended installation days.

The ideal candidate must be physically fit and comfortable lifting furniture. They should be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. They ought to take pride in the final look and presentation of a space. Plus, they have to be a strong team player with excellent communication skills. An organized individual who can follow instructions and systems would be ideal for this role. Previous experiences with moving, furniture delivery, warehouse work, or event setups will be an added advantage.

The work schedule will be full-time, from Monday to Friday, with occasional extended hours depending on the installation schedule.

4610 Interiors & Staging offers competitive hourly pay that is dependent on experience. There are ample opportunities for growth within this fast-growing staging and design company. The work schedule remains consistent with varied daily work in a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Future members must be comfortable engaging in physical work and working in a variety of homes and environments. The pay scale stands at $14.00 - $15.00 per hour for around 40 hours a week. Candidates with a criminal record are also encouraged to apply for this in-person role.
