Moving Associate

The start time for the position is 8:00 a.m. and runs until the tasks of the day are completed. A Home Staging Company is seeking a Furniture Mover & Stager to join the team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering furniture and assembling it, along with managing inventory effectively, completing everything professionally and within a reasonable timeframe. The finish times for each day can vary.

The employee will be expected to load, transport, and unload furniture safety to the locations of customers. They will be asked to assemble furniture and fit it according to specifics. Additionally, they will need to use an app along with other tools and equipment to efficiently carry out installations. Delivering exceptional customer service during delivery and setup is a core part of this role. Communication with customers will also be a vital part of the job, as it is important to ensure their satisfaction. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment will be expected as well.

Skills required for this job include experience with loading and unloading a truck, wrapping and packing home accessories, furniture assembly and inventory management, proficiency in route driving and ability to assist the lead driver. Strong communication skills for team interactions are also needed. The job can be full-time or part-time. The pay starts at $18.00 per hour and requires a commitment of 20 to 50 hours a week. Benefits of the job include a flexible schedule. The workdays are shift-based, they can be either a 10-hour shift or an 8-hour shift, exclusively on weekdays with no weekends.

The language requirement is English. The only shift availability is Day Shift. The ability to commute to Hutto, TX 78634 is mandatory and the work location is in person.
