Lead Stager

Anchor Staging & Design is hiring a Lead Stager in Yorktown, VA. This part-time position involves taking the lead on staging projects, managing team coordination, and handling client interactions for a real estate staging company focused on preparing homes for the market.

The Lead Stager's responsibilities include the following:

• Schedule and organize staging projects while coordinating with team members
• Develop and nurture relationships with real estate agents to support business development
• Create and send invoices and handle communications with clients
• Devise staging strategies and implement them to maximize the appeal and marketability of vacant properties
• Arrange and place furniture, décor, and accessories to achieve a cohesive and inviting environment
• Direct and oversee teams during both staging and de-staging activities, maintaining efficiency and meeting deadlines
• Operate the company's sprinter van to transport staging materials
• Maintain and organize the storage unit inventory, ensuring items are stored safely and can be retrieved efficiently
• Decorate the office warehouse for special occasions

Required qualifications and experience include the following:

• Prior experience in home staging, interior design, or similar work
• Strong design aesthetic with knowledge of space, color, and style principles
• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
• Capacity to lift and move furniture, including items weighing up to 50 pounds; the position is physically demanding
• Self-motivated approach with a positive and proactive mindset
• Own transportation available and ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule

The position starts at $20 per hour and offers a flexible schedule. This is an in-person role based in Yorktown, VA 23692.
