Staging Company Warehouse Worker

Staged2sell is hiring a Warehouse Worker in Hampton, VA. The company specializes in staging residential properties across various price points and maintains a small, dedicated team culture.

The position involves managing and maintaining staging inventory throughout the warehouse facility, including organizing furniture, art, and accessories. The worker coordinates with stagers and the operations manager to schedule projects, loads and packs trucks according to daily worksheets, and handles the setup and assembly of furniture as needed. Additional responsibilities include updating inventory database records, managing warehouse layout and storage solutions with an eye toward maximizing limited space, and ensuring quality control during the coordination of installation work. Problem-solving skills are essential, as the role requires creative thinking to address logistical challenges.

Requirements for the position include a clean driving record, the ability to lift 70 pounds regularly and consistently (including carrying items up and down stairs), and strong communication and organizational abilities. Candidates must be punctual, detail-oriented, capable of following direction, and willing to take ownership of tasks. A professional appearance is required.
