Mover / Driver

Transformations by Jill is hiring a Mover/Driver in Glen Allen, VA. This award-winning home staging company has served the Richmond area for over 14 years, working with more than 75 Realtors, builders, investors, and homeowners to stage properties for faster sales.

Responsibilities include:

• Load, transport, and unload furniture, artwork, rugs, and décor items safely
• Assist with staging and destaging residential properties throughout the Richmond area
• Wrap and protect furniture and accessories during handling and storage
• Maintain the moving truck in a clean, organized, and ready-to-use condition each day
• Help organize and maintain the warehouse and staging inventory
• Collaborate with the staging team to complete projects accurately and on schedule
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients and Realtors
• Follow proper lifting and moving safety practices to protect team members and inventory

Required qualifications and experience:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Able to safely lift and carry 75+ pounds repeatedly
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Careful attention to detail and respect for client properties
• Prior experience in moving, furniture delivery, warehouse work, landscaping, construction, or package delivery is preferred but not required, as training is available for qualified candidates

This part-time position offers flexible weekday hours only, with no evening or weekend work required. The role is based at the Glen Allen warehouse with local travel throughout the Richmond area.
