The company is searching for a results-oriented and friendly individual to join their team of dedicated home stagers. This part-time role is perfect for those who are passionate about interiors, are not afraid to roll up their sleeves, and are in search of a flexible, creative role.
As part of the team, the desired individual will be responsible for setting up and taking down home staging projects across the Seattle area. This includes packing and unpacking staging materials — everything from hanging art, fluffing pillows, steaming linens, to any little task that helps transform a space. They will also be responsible for maintaining an organized, clean and photo-ready staging inventory and property. They may occasionally be assigned to help with deliveries, storage runs, or implement last-minute fixes.
Successful candidates must be dependable, easygoing, and take pride in their work. They should also have the ability to lift between 20-30 lbs alone and 30-50 lbs with assistance, as well being able to work on their feet over a period of hours. Candidates must also be able to cope with driving to various locations, primarily in the Seattle and Eastside areas, and as far north as Everett and as much as Des Moines. Previous experience in home staging, cleaning, moving, organization, or related areas, would be advantageous, but not essential.
The hours for this role are flexible and are occasionally on-demand. This makes it an ideal opportunity for students, creative individuals or parents who have adaptable schedules. The work is usually scheduled between Monday and Friday, typically from 9am–5pm. The pay rate is dependent on experience, with a starting salary of $21–23 per hour.
Start dates are flexible, and leaders are willing to train the right person for the job. The ideal candidate is curious, kind, and doesn’t mind breaking a sweat to create beautiful spaces.
To apply for the role, please provide a brief introduction about yourself along with why you are interested in the position, and your resume or description of your relevant experience. This part-time role offers pay between $21.00 – $23.00 per hour and requires the commitment of approximately 5 – 15 hours per week.
This role will be conducted in person and follows a flexible schedule. Each shift lasts approximately 4 hours.
