They are looking for a creative yet professional Home Stager or Interior Stylist located in Eastside, Seattle, and surrounding areas. The pay ranges from $21 to $25 per hour depending on experience, and the position is full-time.

They want someone with high energy and a passion for interior design or staging. Someone who takes joy in transforming normal spaces into striking, luxuriously done, buyer-ready residences. The perfect candidate would love working with design, furniture, seeing their vision incorporate into physical spaces, and creating stunning interiors.

The company is rapidly growing and is noted as a luxury home staging firm based in Kirkland. They offer services across Eastside and Greater Seattle area, specializing in making homes distinctive on the market through cohesive and elevated interiors.

Ideal for people who are fans of hands-on work rather than sitting at a desk, this role leans toward being creatively involved in active environments. The daily routine encompasses planning staging projects, implementing those plans, and styling homes in the field.

The position seeks experienced candidates in interior design or staging, as minimal training will be provided. The successful candidate should be comfortable with design, executing staging projects independently, and collaborating with the team.

Designers collaborate on directing the creative vision for each staging project, culminating in a well-designed market-ready space. Everyone is involved in each project, from previewing properties to final installation. Sometimes you lead the project, other times you support. The designers can expect to both pull objects from the warehouse for staging and install them on-site.

The role offers a 30-day trial period to ensure it’s a good fit for both parties, after which paid holidays and mileage reimbursement are available.

The successful candidate will enjoy a collaborative creative environment; the thrill of seeing immediate transformations through their design work, all while being part of a well-established staging company. Applicants need to be prepared for a fast-paced, physically active work environment.

The job requires full-time commitment, typically starting at 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The hours are project-dependent, ranging from 30 to 40 hours per week during slow periods and 35 to 50 hours during peak seasons, often extending past 3:00 PM and sometimes until 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Job involves leading the staging projects, creating appealing layouts, previewing homes, installing and styling staging items, hanging artwork professionally, cleaning up after staging, and doing warehouse duties. Collaboration with other team members, good communication skills, attention to detail, and professionalism are key.

They are looking for someone with at least a year’s experience in home staging or interior design, with a strong understanding of space planning, furniture layout, and color coordination.

Applicants should be comfortable working independently, handle schedule changes, speak and understand English clearly, have their own transportation, and be physically fit to lift up to 30 pounds. Regular attendance, punctuality, and knowledge of Google Drive, email, and digital platforms for task and team communication are also required.

When applying, resumes highlighting staging or interior design experience should be submitted along with a cover letter explaining how the applicant would fit in at the company. An inclusion of some personal fun facts is also requested.
