The company is looking for a reliable and industrious individual to fill the role of a Staging Assistant. The position involves supporting the team with various tasks such as packing and unpacking staging inventory, loading and unloading trucks, and contributing to on-site staging tasks. This role is hands-on, requiring physical stamina, keen attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Their responsibilities would include packing and unpacking a variety of items such as furniture, decor, artwork, and accessories. They will be expected to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently, assist with furniture placement and styling at the site, and keep the inventory and warehouse organized. Furthermore, they should follow staging plans from the lead stager and perform any assigned on-site duties. Their job will also involve ensuring that homes are clean and ready for presentation.

Some qualifications that the ideal candidate should possess include the capability to lift and move furniture that weighs over 50 pounds, demonstrate a strong work ethic and punctuality, have a positive demeanor and a mindset of teamwork, possess a flexible schedule and willingness to work at different job sites, and have reliable transportation. While having previous experience in staging, moving, warehouse, or home services is beneficial, it is not a requirement.
