They are currently looking to recruit a Junior Home Stager who is detail-oriented, creative, and motivated. They should be passionate about interior design and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced staging environment. Essential for them to have a valid driver’s license and a car as they will frequently journey between the company’s warehouse and different staging sites across the Bay Area, occasionally using their vehicle to transport small staging accessories, artwork, and decor items.
The anticipated responsibilities would comprise assisting in forming staging designs and picking out furniture and accessories depending on the property’s style and the target market. They will install and style homes, which will include arranging furniture, placing decor items, and hanging artwork.
They will also journey to various staging sites across the Bay Area necessitating a reliable personal vehicle for transportation. The responsibility of safely transporting smaller décor items and accessories between the warehouse and job sites when required will also fall upon them. They will cooperate with other team members to load and unload furniture and staging materials.
They will ensure the warehouse is well-organized and keep track of staging inventory. They will aid with de-staging and make sure all items are correctly packed and returned. Performing light cleaning and touch-ups to guarantee properties look highly presentable will be one of the requirements. They will also support Senior Home Stagers in maintaining cohesive, polished project execution.
Qualified candidates should have a keen interest in interior design and home staging, along with demonstrating an excellent eye for style, color balance, and spatial arrangement. They should be physically fit to perform tasks like lifting weight up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Holding a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is a prerequisite. They should be comfortable going to different job sites throughout the Bay Area, possess good communication skills, and show professionalism, reliability, and eagerness to learn.
Compensation will be $20-$30 an hour, based on experience, and benefits will include health, dental and vision insurance plus paid time off. The schedules are flexible with full time and part-time available, typically Monday – Friday, with hours from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and occasional weekend work depending on project needs. The work location will require in-person presence; therefore, candidates must be prepared to travel to staging sites throughout the Bay Area.
