The growing boutique home staging company is specializing in preparing homes for investors, builders, and real estate professionals. The company aims to create clean, ready-to-market spaces that help properties sell quickly and at higher prices.
They are in search of a reliable and diligent Assistant Home Stager to help with the installations, breakdowns, and the general operations of staging.
This position is hands-on and dynamic, involving the physical setup and styling of staged homes. This role is not solely focused on design; it also includes duties such as lifting, organizing, and conducting full home installations efficiently.
The Assistant Home Stager’s primary responsibilities are to assist with staging installations and de-installations. They would help load and unload furniture, decor, and accessories. They would arrange furniture and style spaces based on given direction, and keep track of inventory and staging supplies.
Other tasks include assisting with the packing and prepping of items and the organization of the warehouse. Their goal is to ensure that homes are clean, ready for photographs, and properly staged.
The Assistant Home Stager is expected to be able to lift and move furniture (up to 50+ lbs). They must have reliable transportation and be punctual as they will be required to travel all over the valley and also to the west valley. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the skill of working efficiently in a team are essential. Availability during weekdays is a requirement (hours vary based on projects, with no weekends involved).
Those with an interest in interior design, real estate, or staging would be an ideal fit. Prior experience in staging, moving, or home services would be preferred, and a keen eye for detail would be beneficial.
The position offers a compensation of $18-20 per hour, based on experience. Initially, it is a 1099 contract position, but the Assistant Home Stager could potentially move into a W-2 role with further promotion and leadership to a lead stager, project manager, or operations partner.
The pay scale range is $18.00 – $20.00 per hour.
